TEAM

Avi Buzaglo-Yoresh is the CEO and founder of Terralog Innovation, established in 2017.
He holds an M.Sc. in Geology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and specializes in applied geophysics, near-surface exploration methods, photogeology, and geospatial intelligence technologies.
A recipient of the Prime Minister’s Award for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in 2011, Avi combines scientific depth with an operational perspective. Alongside his academic and technological work, he served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, gaining extensive experience in operational field environments, geospatial analysis, and aerial and satellite data interpretation.
Under his leadership, Terralog develops advanced underground mapping and remote-sensing technologies as integrated hardware and software systems that combine technical robustness, field readiness, and user-centric operation. This foundation drives the company’s mission to deliver reliable, easy-to-operate solutions that enhance situational awareness, operational efficiency, and mission success in complex environments.

Eldar Even, CTO, holds a B.Sc. in Earth Sciences and an M.Sc. in Applied Geophysics, specializing in near-surface geophysical methods, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He brings multidisciplinary experience in drone operations, software development, and complex systems integration.

Arad Buzaglo Yoresh is an industrial designer with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des.) in Industrial Design from Shenkar College of Engineering, Design and Art. A former Armored Corps officer and platoon commander, he combines design, engineering, and operational experience.
He gained international experience at Studio Storz Design in Austria and specializes in end-to-end development of advanced technological systems from early-stage prototypes to fully realized products with a focus on drones and transportation.

Major General (Ret.) Tamir Hayman served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) for nearly 35 years in a wide range of command and combat positions. Most of his military career was spent in field units within the Armored Corps and Infantry. His senior position in the ground forces was Commanding Officer of the Northern Corps, the IDF’s largest land formation responsible for operations in Lebanon. Before retiring from military service, Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Hayman served as the Head of the IDF Military Intelligence Directorate, where he led the integration of artificial intelligence and the development of a multi-domain, mission-oriented intelligence concept. During his tenure as Chief of the IDF Intelligence Directorate, he established the directorate’s dedicated drone unit and spearheaded the development of PHYSINT (physical intelligence) capabilities as a core pillar of Israel’s multi‑disciplinary fort.intelligence ef
